ELECTRIC FAN ENGINEERING warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use, for a period of 180 days after purchased by original user. The user assumes all responsibilities in the final selection of products. Incorrect installation by the user causing any damage or physical injury will be solely his responsibility. Seller's only obligation shall be to repair or replace the product proven to be defective. All transportation to be prepaid by the user. Seller shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use or inability to use the product.

Upon prior authorization and satisfactory inspection by the Seller, all new merchandise returned by the Buyer within 30 days of sale will be subject to a 20% handling charge.

The Seller reserves the right at any time to make substitutions that may change both specifications and designs shown on this website without prior notification.
